Consulting Session
A blend of coaching & astrology to help you get unstuck and move forward.
Change and its siblings, transition, and transformation can be initiated by ourselves, bringing excitement and renewal.
But often, it also leads to feelings of loss and stuckness due to uncertainty and a lack of confidence in what the next step is.
All we want is clarity:
- on what to do,
- how to do it, and
- how to get out of the discomfort.
However, change shows up in your life, to name a few:
- career change,
- being laid off,
- quitting a job/relationship,
- getting married,
- getting divorced,
- retiring, or
- starting a new business or career path.
One thing is common to any of these examples of change — our old ways of doing things no longer work.
Change starts with the death of something and propels us towards something new and unknown. This shift calls us to use different psychological muscles and approaches to what is rising in our lives.
Ultimately, change requires two things from us: a new perspective and a guide. This is where I can help you.
Change is hard, even when it’s ‘good change.’
It’s common to feel lost, uncertain, confused, and unsure of how to move ahead.
And to keep doing things the same way leads to stuckness.
What you will get from this consulting session:
Acknowledge and reveal your untapped resources/gifts and
how to best approach your growth edges.Validate that you already know what is needed on a deeper level, thus encouraging you to move forward with more clarity and trust in yourself.
Understanding the symbolic behind whatever issues or challenges you’re dealing with can give you a clarifying new perspective on your life.
In times of personal change, having someone who can deeply listen to us, serve as a sounding board, reflect a different perspective, or even call us on our BS – helps us see the hidden possibilities unfolding in our lives.
I intend that this session, which blends coaching and astrology, serves as a catalyst for what you need now.
What to expect:
When we sit with another listening intensely to us while also reflecting on the critical elements of our life, we see things more clearly and shift our perspective more easily.
When navigating change, an in-depth conversation serves us to:
- unclutter the monkey mind;
- bring fresh ideas;
- broaden our perspective on the presenting issue;
- help us feel more confident in taking the necessary steps toward claiming different aspects of ourselves and
- reconnect us to our purpose.
What it doesn’t do is ‘solve all things.’
When we want clarity or to move past the discomfort of change, it’s not uncommon to want to ‘fix it‘ all at once.
We bring in everything plus the ‘kitchen sink‘ and expect one session to bring a big bang of clarity.
Unfortunately, that’s not realistic.
Change is an unfurling of iterative action steps, with other check-in stops along the way.*
However, I have noticed with past clients that this session serves as a catalyst that spurs one onwards.
That’s what I hope it will do for you too.
*That’s why I also offer a longer-term coaching engagement for when you need more personalized check-ins and guidance.

I bring all these to help you navigate change and move forward with the cornerstone of my coaching approach: PERSPECTIVE. (Perspective’s etymology is linked to ‘looking closely.’)
While astrology is part of my toolbox, this consulting session is not about prediction or telling you what to do.
Our time together is a space where we can explore what change is bringing into your life, and your birth chart serves as the compass.
My intention is to help you see the bigger picture and the steps you need to take to get where you want to go.
Scheduling & Logistics
This 2-hour session is $250.
Our session will be done via Zoom.
Once you click to schedule and pay, you’ll be prompted to answer a short pre-session questionnaire before you finish booking.
Then, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link for our session.
Remember that this session is your time.
Make yourself ready and present before our time together. Prepare yourself physically and mentally for it, which will help you get the most out of it.
This session is also confidential, so please ensure that you’re in a quiet, uninterrupted space during our time together.

Before you finish your booking and payment for this consulting session, you’ll be prompted to complete a short pre-session questionnaire to help both of us prepare for our session.
If you need to send me more information, you can do so via my contact form.
If you don’t want me to use astrology in our session, just let me know.
We can use our time together as ‘straight’ coaching.
You may be able to reschedule (once).
Please give me more than 24 hours of notice when rescheduling unless it’s an emergency.
If you wish to have your session recorded, please let me know. Otherwise, they will not be recorded.
If you want them to be recorded, you will receive your recording in MP3 (audio file) format via email after each session.
You will be responsible for downloading the file with a link to the recording upon receipt of the email.
After seven days of sending you the recording, it will be deleted.
By default, the session is via Zoom.
However, if you prefer to have the session via phone, please let me know. Please note that phone sessions cannot be recorded.
If you prefer your session via phone, you can call me at the number I gave you for our session.
Please ensure that you have a good-quality internet connection for your sessions. Also, make sure you’re in a place appropriate for the meeting and where you will not be disturbed.
If you want me to work with your birth chart for our session and to explore transits and progressions, it’s essential to have the exact time of birth (and if it’s AM or PM.)
It’s essential to be sure you are giving me the exact time of birth and location.
If you make a mistake about your birth time, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you don’t have your birth time AT ALL, we can work with a NOON chart, where we can see the position of the planets and their main aspects, but not the astrological houses.
Please note that the NOON chart helps us with the overarching themes but doesn’t have the fine-tuning that a chart with an exact time gives us.
